Office, No place for friendship

It is wrong if we assume that the office was a place to multiply friends. The truth is that office is a place to work.

the people in office, actually acting in it as a good person, maybe he's actually good, like a friend.

In fact, when we are careless, as if a friend was going to be a real figure. That could be a lion ready to pounce on us or become a pickpocket.

And the victim is we who thought that it was the real world that office consist of good people. Reach out for help. Sweet words, giving motivation.

In fact, all that is drama.

Live in Sub Urban

I am part of people who can't buy a home in downtown. At least until today. I can only buy in sub urban. It's about 30 km western Jakarta.

I have been living there for 1 month. Need a lot of effort to adjust our habit, when you usually live in downtown and then change to in sub urban. For instance, transportation. Previously, I spent only 30 minutes went to Office. Now, I take 90 minutes from home to the office, and obviously need more energy.

I take a public transportation (bus) from home to office. But, we don't have any choice for this option. There are 2 transportation company who serve this trip, from west to central.

But, we do not worry for its condition. Because, so many car owner who can give opportunity to us, to ride their car and we must pay some money for that. For Car owner, they got money for buying gasoline and pay tol fee.

Worker and Parents

When we live in 21st century, I think we difficult to choose as a good parents or a good worker. A good parents means has a time with your family, childs. And also have enough money to financing family. In other side, as a good worker, you have to ready to working in long time. Overtime working is normal. From nine to five is abnormal.

Or we can’t choose one of them?

Efficiency VS Overtime

When I post this, I have been work almost 24 hours. Started 9 AM to 7 Am. We have deadline every 14th, so we work in hurry to meet the deadline.

In one side, meet deadline means we must finish our duty on time. In other hand, we could be inefficiency. Because we have to work in long time. Need more paper, electricity, coffee, etc.

Could we harmonized both of them?
